BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
All sales are based on Promotional Black Friday Pricing. No other discounts or codes will apply. Cannot be combined with any other offers. New Sales only. Sales prior or after to the promotional period are not eligible.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
- The Black Friday promotion will run from Nov. 29, 2024 at 00:00hrs to Dec 1st, 2024 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
- Cyber Monday promotion will run from Dec. 2nd, 2024 at 00:00hr to 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
- Specific start and end times may be subject to change at the discretion of Lush Party Studio.
SHIPPING:
- Orders placed during the promotional period may experience longer processing and shipping times due to high order volume. Lush Party Studio will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Orders will not be shipped during the weekend.
- Please allow for up to 3 additional business days for processing Tracked Package orders.
- Orders placed with the Express Service will be prioritized.
- Lush Party Studio is not responsible for delays or losses once the package has been tendered to the shipping company (UPS or DHL).
LIMITED QUANTITIES:
- Certain promotions may be available in limited quantities. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and Lush Party Studio does not guarantee the availability of any product or restocking thereof.
EXCLUSIONS:
- Certain products or categories may be excluded from the Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions. These exclusions will be clearly communicated on our website by not displaying a discount price.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- All Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
PRICING ERRORS:
- In the event of a pricing error, Lush Party Studio reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Customers will be notified of the error and provided with the option to re-order at the correct price or receive a refund.
