- First and foremost, you get me, Alicia! I can offer you my expertise and designs which are simply different and fun.
- Our photobooth prop signs are designed with classy, fun and modern designs that allow you to bring them to any sort of event, from a fun
backyard party to an upscale event. You will have a cohesive look with the signs as you can easily mix and match. - Our durable props are the best and most convenient thickness in the market at 5mm, which means that they are very sturdy and super hard to
break (we've seen it happen only twice in 7 years!, indeed, alcohol was involved). - We only offer professional UV printing, which won't fade or unglue like a sticker. You can wipe clean and sanitize them without risk of fading.

- We recommend cleaning your props with a soft microfiber cloth and mild soap with water or a non-bleach antibacterial sanitizer.
- Please avoid using harsh chemicals such as bleach or acetone.

- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. To obtain an estimate, please add your products to checkout.
- If your order is placed before 12pm EST, it will be packaged and shipped the same day.
- If it is after 12pm EST, then it will be packaged and shipped out the next business day. If it is during the weekend/holiday, expect the product to be sent out the next business day

- Shipping times noted at checkout are not guaranteed by Canada Post or USPS due to Covid-19 related delays and customers should take this into consideration when purchasing items through our website.
- As we are shipping from Canada, please allow any possible unexpected delays at customs (unfortunately there is nothing we can do to expedite this.) and delays outside of our control (weather, Covid-19 safety measures, etc)
- If you need your prop signs in a rush, please contact us at info@lushpartystudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
REFUNDS & RETURNS

Do you take returns/refunds over broken props?
We do not offer refunds or replacements for broken props from regular wear and tear or willful damage.
What is your return policy?
What is your return policy?
- Our #1 goal is for you to be happy! If you change your mind and want to return a product, you may do so.
- You may return only new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery (you pay for the shipping).
- Custom props are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the products back. Once the items are received your refund will be applied.
- The refund will be applied upon inspection of the items shipped, if everything is in perfect shape, we will process the refund to your original form of payment.
- Please email us before you send your new unopened items back to us.

My package got lost or damaged during transit?
- Lush Party Studio is not responsible or liable for orders lost, damaged or delayed during shipping.
If your items were damaged during shipping, please make a claim with the postal provider directly. - We can guide you in filing a claim through Canada Post, USPS or DHL to possibly obtain a reimbursement for your package.
- You must file a claim within 2 days of receiving your package and take pictures of both the outside packaging and damaged items.
- You have a choice of different shipping methods that will provide damage coverage to your order.
