CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
- Lush Party Studio is NOT responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

ESTIMATED Shipping timeframes are noted at checkout, these timeframes vary according to your location, please add items to the cart to obtain an estimated time.
- The estimated shipping timeframes are not guaranteed by shipping carriers anymore and customers should consider this when purchasing items through our website.
- If you need your props in a rush, please contact us at info@lushpartystudio.com so we can advise you.

The fastest and only guaranteed shipping service we offer is Express Shipping (DHL Express) with 2-3 business days shipping time.
- All orders are processed the same day if placed before 4pm EST or the next business day.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- As we are shipping from Canada, please allow any possible unexpected delays at customs and delays outside of our control (weather, holiday shipping surge, safety measures, etc)
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, indicating your tracking number(s).
- We have access to the same information you have, please contact the shipping carriers for more information if needed.
- For more accurate updates in the USA, please use USPS tracking even if your order has a Canada Post number.
Lush Party Studio is not liable for orders damaged during transit
Lush Party Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. This reporting window is required so we may properly assess the issue and, when applicable, assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
To report a damaged item, please email info@lushpartystudio.com within 48 hours of receipt and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Clear photos of the original packaging and shipping box
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted, and replacements or refunds will not be issued.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
LUSH PARTY STUDIO is NOT liable for shipping delays or loss of product.

Lush Party Studio is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or other occurrences.
Once the package has been dropped off at the shipping provider's location, the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. All status and tracking communications must be done with the carrier to obtain an accurate answer.

Lush Party Studio is not responsible for orders lost in transit.
We can assist you in filing a claim through Canada Post or DHL if your shipping method is covered to obtain reimbursement for your package if possible.
